3-4 Zucchini Squash
Olive oil
Pesto
Parmesan Cheese
Cherry Tomatoes

DIRECTIONS
- Use the GIR Y-Handle Julienne Peeler to shred the zucchini into long noodles. Then, halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Heat up some olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Then, toss in your zoodles.
- Saute the zoodles for 1-2 minutes, then mix in the diced tomatoes and pesto sauce of choice.
- Top with parmesan and serve!
